Replacement, Cancellation and refund policy

Customer POLICY NOTE for Online sales from (For order of Bikes & eBikes)


  • In case of any manufacturing defect that is noticed upon delivery of the bicycle/product, the same shall have to be raised with Cambio Bikes within Return/Warranty period via e-mail /Call and Cambio Bikes shall extend all reasonable assistance in this regard.
  • In case of any damage during transit, customer shall intimate us immediately upon unboxing /Delivery the bicycle/product or within 24 Hours, and provide pictorial evidence of the damage to the same. The bicycle/product shall be in an unused condition at the time of intimating us regarding such damage. Upon receipt of your complaint, Cambio Bikes shall seek a resolution for the issue.
  • If the bike components are not working properly, then the costumer shall get the bike checked at the assigned dealer’s store. Cambio Bikes shall extend all reasonable assistance in this regard. If there is any manufacturing defect in the component, then action will be taken accordingly.

Any request for the replacement of the bicycle/product shall be at the sole discretion of Cambio Bikes. In case of a replacement being approved by Cambio Bikes, all items must be returned in their original condition along with the following:

  • Original invoice from Cambio Bikes or Authorised Seller.
  • User manual and other documents
  • Free to cost Accessories  / Tool kit (If Any) provided at the time of sale of the bicycle
  • The original box, intact, along with the packaging as delivered.
  • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

Cambio Bikes shall assess the extent of damage to the bicycle/product and shall take best efforts to ensure the same is rectified to your satisfaction, either by replacing the damages part or reimbursing cost of service to you. If such damage cannot be rectified, Cambio Bikes shall process the replacement of the product and replace the bicycle/product with similar model. Cambio Bikes shall have the right to reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the above mentioned. Any other damages that may have occurred to the bicycle shall be your responsibility. The same shall also not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or misuse of the bicycle/product. However, Cambio Bikes will advise you regarding rectification of the said issue. Please contact our customer care team at


  • Cancellation* (Till the time bike has not been shipped / delivered)
  • Cancellation post-delivery of the bike at customer place is not acceptable.
  • In case the product already shipped, return shipping charges should be deducted from the refund amount mentioned as below
    1. INR 999/- inclusive of GST in case of NCR, Metro & selected cities#
    2. INR 1999/- inclusive of GST for PAN India Location except NCR, Metro & Selected cities#
  • REFUND: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 2-3 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
  • Refund is processed through respective banks thus will be credited to customer’s account as per Bank’s standard processing time. However, we will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  • Except in case of refusal or cancellation of the order by the Company, the Company has a strict no exchange, no return, no refund policy after your order is processed by the Company.
  • In case multiple payment attempts were made for same order at the same instance & more than one payment were successful, the refund for the other additional transaction amount would be initiated in 7-10 days upon intimation.


While availing any of the payment method/s offered at the Website, the Company will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

  • Lack of authorization for any transactions; or
  • Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by You and between Your banks; or
  • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
  • Decline of transaction for any other reasons.

All payments made against the purchases/services on the Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable by the Union of India. The Company does not accept any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on the Website. The Bikes will be delivered to the customer in 85% assembled condition*. The customer needs to do following:

  • Install the pedal.
  • Install the handle bar Correct the position and tighten it.
  • Install the Front Wheel and tighten the Axle nut properly.
  • Install the Saddle with Seat Post and Install in Seat tube, correct the position and tighten it.
  • The customer needs to install any accessories (if ordered). (The above mentioned steps can be done with the help of tools provided in the small part box, in which pedal, warranty card and instruction manual is kept).
  • In case of kids bike, the customer needs to install the training wheel also. (Please note that we do not provide tools in case of kids (14″-20″) bike).
